My company deals with the promotion of digital products on the educational market. I have come this open meeting in order to find the answers to my questions concerning the sales. I have certain use-proven techniques which enable us to get a high profit percentage, but at present we face some complications concerning precisely sales and the final chain. It was yesterday when I was given not exactly answers, but certain guidelines on solving these problems. I hope these issues will be completely resolved today and sales will eventually be multiplied by 5. That is what I am after. How can I put things I learned into practice? Of course, I will apply my new knowledge to my company, directly to my subordinates. The work we are doing at present should be structured. I already see the ways of doing that. Consequently, the result will differ from the present one. I regard the implementation of the technique as structuring the operating process as well as compressing the process itself.

I attended the open meeting of Liubarov and Perciya with pleasure, and the objective I had set myself was sales increase in our business. By the end of the second day I can say that we are making progress towards this. Right now the impressions of the training need to be put in order. The reason for my coming to this workshop was my strong wish to sell my product more effectively. During the workshop I realized that the method is ideal not only for my department, but also for the whole structure in general. I came to this workshop in order to find out the ways of improving the sales system of our hotel, because it seemed to me that our system needs improvement. The materials I received in this training will help me to structure the responsibility transfer (which means one has to understand his goals and his responsibility) – that is something we have been having problems with. Yesterday I wrote a small plan, so it remains only to write a project on implementing this plan and to present the project to the head of the sales department. This training spurred me on to work further. You begin to see the ways of improvement and receive a new wave of optimism. You feel as though your inner engine is started.
