“Torgovyi dom Kievskogo kartonno-bumagnogo kombinata” (Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill firm) LLC is an exclusive representative of the biggest pulp and paper industry enterprise in Ukraine. The company is the main supplier of raw materials and distributes the production of Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill LLC.
Kiev cardboard-and-paper integrated plant JSC is one of Europe`s biggest enterprises producing paper and cardboard. The main raw material is waste paper. Its secondary raw materials processing capacity is over 850 tons per day.
Today the Mill employs the staff of over 10 000 employees.
There are three basic productions in the Mill:
• Cardboard production, manufacturing packing (box) coated and uncoated cardboards and containerboard, including corrugating paper.

High quality of tissue paper was acknowledged by many manufacturers of sanitary-and-hygienic products, and toilet paper "Obukhov" is the leader of the sales in toilet paper segment in Ukraine.
Production of leading brands of Ukraine and the transnational companies is packed into tare from the corrugated cardboard of "Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill" JSC. Consumer pack for various goods is made from box (packing) cardboard produced at the Mill.

Feedback on Dr. Liubarov`s project “Business processes reengineering”
The main objective set for Dr. Liubarov by trade company “MIRS” management: optimize all commercial processes, organize effective cooperation among all departments, determine the general plan of development and start the gradual process of change.
During stage one Mr. Liubarov can be called a doctor making a diagnosis. Before prescribing medicine or an operation, a doctor has to find out what is the cause of the disease and the right treatment for it.
That is why all business processes of the company were split into components. As a result, all mistakes, errors and slips could be clearly tracked down. It became possible to trace the lack of cooperation among departments, sometimes the absence of communication, in some cases - badly-organised work. In the course of the first stage the diagnosis was established, the causes of the disease were identified.
Our goal on stage two was to create such a structure that would set a standard we had to reach. It was a rather interesting and riveting process. Each participant was trying to find his position in this new structure. Priority was given to staff interaction and motivation rather than to control and management. It was clear that for powerful combination of the goals of the organization with each employee`s goals everyone needs to take part in decision-making.
Finally, stage three was the prescription of the medicine. It included precise actions, setting short-term and long-term goals, featuring precise dates. This time, the roles of “the doctors“ were played by the company`s employees taking part in the project.
Work done acted as a stimulus to fundamental change in the structure of our company. We became more aware of the goals and objectives set by the management, we came to terms with taking and following tough, yet indispensable decisions.
Dr. Liubarov is an expert in his sphere, an extraordinary personality. He leads the auditory well and at the same time he feels each participant. Mr. Liubarov also possesses artistic skills and a great sense of humour.
